The Tokyo-based photographer Hal has created the ‘Flesh Love’ series. His work explores the concept of love between couples. He pulls the lovers so near to one another that they transform into one single being. Hal is able to capture several photos in the few moments the couple is sealed within the plastic encasement. The series is available in a book compilation and an iPad application.

What’s the use of having a living creature as a pet or child when you can have a stuffed animal? These dolls have the same function as a child. You can change their clothes to match the occasion and when your doll is ready for the big world you give it some mobility with a bicycle. After some time when your doll gets an interest in other dolls he can have it’s own family.
These fox dolls are created by Nalogina Lubov a Russian who like to create her own friends. When she almost had 1700 dolls she decided to sell them. For more examples of Nalogina’s work visit her Flickr.

The Belgian fast food chain Quick is celebrating the upcoming “Phantom Menace 3D” movie premiere by launching four “Star Wars”-themed burgers.
Darth Vader Burger is very spicy and served on a black bun. Humans don’t like viands that are looking dangerous or uneatable. The foods that are hazardous are dressed with spikes, carry a penetrating smell or carry a fearsome color. There is also the factor of habituation. Heinz tried green ketchup; it didn’t stick.
So the black buns are probably just for attracting attention and profiting of that in the future.
